Michelle received her Masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from
Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She also has her BA in Psychology from
The Ohio State University. She has specialized training in Play Therapy and a range of modalities in couples therapy.
In addition to her private practice, Michelle worked as a school counselor at an elementary school where she counseled children from Pre-K through 8th grade. In this role, Michelle worked with children to deal more effectively on a wide range of problems, concerns and feelings, such as anxiety, divorce and coping skills. Michelle incorporated expressive, art and play therapies to facilitate change and create deeper understanding.
Michelle has been a member of AAMFT, American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists since 2012.
